Fomin Clinic was founded in 2011 by Dmitry Fomin. The chain's primary focus is women's health. Specifically, its medical centers provide services such as pregnancy care, infertility treatment, and other gynecological care. Currently, Fomin Clinic has 27 locations in 13 regions of Russia.

According to the Vademecum Analytical Center, the chain's revenue was 4.3 billion rubles in 2023 and 6.9 billion in 2024 (a 62% year-on-year increase). With this performance, the chain climbed from 17th to 14th place in the "TOP 200 Private Multidisciplinary Clinics in Russia" ranking. The company's development plans include opening its first maternity hospital in Moscow with an emergency department in the fall of 2025 for 1 billion rubles, as well as an IPO by 2027.

Yuri Gaysinsky was one of the first owners of the Nizhpharm pharmaceutical plant after its privatization, which was acquired by the German company Stada in 2005. In 1994, together with his younger brother, Igor, he founded the pharmaceutical distributor Pharmkomplekt, and in early 2010, he became a co-owner of one of the largest regional pharmaceutical retailers, the Nizhny Novgorod Pharmacy Network. In August 2024, Gaysinsky sold the retail asset to Rigla. Currently, the entrepreneur's core portfolio includes only Pharmkomplekt, which, according to SPARK-Interfax, posted revenue of 84.3 billion rubles in 2024.
