According to a study conducted by the VTsIOM analytical center, Honored Artist of Russia Yaroslav Dronov, better known by his stage name SHAMAN, has topped the ranking of the best Russian singers for the third consecutive year. Meanwhile, singer Polina Gagarina was named the best female vocalist of the year. This is the fourth consecutive year she has received this title.
The survey involved 1,600 respondents over the age of 18. According to the data provided, 28% of participants favored SHAMAN, naming him the best performer of the year. Oleg Gazmanov came in second with 16%, and Sergey Lazarev came in third with 11%. Grigory Leps and Nikolay Baskov each received 6% of the vote, while Philipp Kirkorov placed fifth, also receiving 6%.
Furthermore, 17% of respondents named Polina Gagarina the best Russian pop singer of 2025, maintaining her top spot for the fourth consecutive year. According to 11% of survey participants, singer Valeriya is the best performer. Larisa Dolina received the support of 8% of respondents, while Tatyana Kurtukova and Nadezhda Kadysheva received 7% of votes each.
The All-Russian telephone survey "VTsIOM-Sputnik" was conducted on October 24, 2025. The margin of error of the results with a 95% probability does not exceed 2.5%.
