Unlimited travel for a long weekend. This is how the "tourist ticket" works.

A long weekend is a great opportunity for travel both near and far. Although trains can be crowded, passengers can take advantage of special offers. Not only PKP Intercity but also Polregio has prepared promotions for its customers. "Due to the Friday holiday, the weekend tourist ticket will be valid from Thursday, August 14th (from 6:00 PM) until Monday (6:00 AM)," the railway website states. For unlimited travel, passengers will pay 48 or 59 PLN, depending on the option.
Travel all weekend long with PolregioFrom Thursday to Monday, there's no need to purchase separate tickets on Polregio trains. If you have a "tourist ticket," it's sufficient for travel on all the carrier's connections. It's available in two versions: a mini version (costing 48 PLN), which is only valid on REGIO trains, and a full version (59 PLN), which can also be used on other carriers.
The list includes ARRIVA RP, Koleje Wielkopolskie, Koleje Małopolskie (excluding the Kraków Olszanica – Kraków Lotnisko – Kraków Olszanica section), and Łódzkie Koleje Aglomeracyjne (excluding ŁKA SPRINTER trains). Importantly, tourist tickets and mini tourist tickets do not entitle you to travel on interREGIO (IR) and superREGIO (sR) trains.
Tourist tickets can be purchased both online (on the Polregio website and app) and in traditional sales channels – at the ticket office, ticket machine and from the conductor.
We will get to the seasidePolregio trains offer travel to towns scattered along the Baltic Sea coast. Among the carrier's destinations are Kołobrzeg, Świnoujście, and Kamień Pomorski. Fans of the Masurian Lake District and the Bieszczady Mountains will also find something for themselves.
The tourist ticket can be used from 6 p.m. on Thursday to 6 a.m. on Monday. There are no travel limits, but additional statutory discounts do not apply.
