Polish interiors among the most beautiful in the world! They reached the finals of a prestigious competition.

What connects a Baltic Sea restaurant in Kołobrzeg and a creative coworking space in Wrocław ? World-class design. The organizers of the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards have announced the final list of the most beautiful restaurant interiors – and two projects from Poland are on it.
The global ranking, which includes the most inspiring, bold and creatively designed gastronomic spaces, includes the Mezalians restaurant from Kołobrzeg and... the LABO coworking office from Wrocław .

Restaurant & Bar Design Awards is a competition that has been setting trends in the interior design of restaurants, bars, cafes and other catering spaces for 17 years.
The jury consists of renowned architects, designers, culinary critics, editors-in-chief of lifestyle magazines, and leaders in the hospitality industry. They evaluate not only aesthetics and functionality, but also innovation and the ability to capture the spirit of the place.
Misalliance in Kołobrzeg – a restaurant that plays with conventionThe Mezalians restaurant in Kołobrzeg is an architectural project that straddles the border of surrealism and game design. Its interior was designed by Warsaw-based 370Studio , a studio specializing in unique dining spaces.
As the name suggests, Misalliance is a fusion of "mismatched worlds" – and that's exactly what its interior looks like. A pink unicorn hangs from the ceiling, and the walls are decorated with... an upside-down room . At first glance, it seems madness, but there's method to it – each element fits into an eclectic composition of styles, textures, and eras.
The interior's color palette balances between beige, intense burgundy, and powder pink, creating an atmosphere that's both surprising and cozy. It's a space that invites experimentation—including culinary ones.
LABO in Wrocław – coworking space that smells of history and coffeeAt first glance, LABO doesn't sound like a restaurant —it's an office space , after all. However, the Wrocław- based project transcends traditional thinking about work and dining: it combines coworking with gastronomy.
LABO is located in the former Faculty of Pharmacy building at the University of Wrocław , and was designed by local studio CUDO . The architects retained the spirit of the space— LABO features, for example, a glass installation made of original pharmacy bottles—but the entire experience was filtered through a modern, minimalist design language.
Off-whites, sandy shades, and amber accents dominate. The dark ceiling visually lowers the space and conceals the installations, while functional ergonomic solutions make LABO a place for work, relaxation, meetings, and shared meals.
The awards ceremony will take place on October 27th at the exclusive EPIK Dubai club in Dubai . Polish architects will also fly to the capital of luxury.
