That festive plant festival is steadily approaching: on September 27th and 28th, Landgoed De Wiersse, in collaboration with Gardeners' World, is hosting the third annual Artisanal Plant Market! There you'll find growers, artisans, and foundations, but that's not all. Read more about the program next to the stalls here.

The Artisanal Plant Market isn't just a place to find sustainable plants and other (garden) supplies, but also a place where experts share their knowledge and gardeners inspire each other. That's why this year you can attend lectures again, both at the various stalls and in the Big Tent. Whether you'd like to learn more about the ins and outs of a sustainable nursery, how to best care for your plants, or how to design your garden with care for your garden animals: these dedicated experts are ready to help!

Unfortunately, your registration was unsuccessful. Please try again later.

Between shopping and lectures, there's time to relax at the food court. Enjoy delicious food and drinks again this year during your green day out. There's something for everyone, from cider and pies to poffertjes, soup, and falafel – all artisanally prepared with love. There are also fun activities on the program (even for the youngest gardeners), and you can book a guided garden tour. See for yourself why De Wiersse won the award for the most unique garden in the Netherlands this year!

Of course, you also want the best care for your plants during your day out. Just like in previous years, Scouting Vorden is once again committed to the plant nursery, where you can store your plants and pick them up again at the end of your visit.

Before you store your new arrivals, stop by Wool Pots' Wool Pot Swap: there you can exchange plastic plant pots for sustainable, biodegradable wool pots. This way, you can plant your plants directly in the ground at home, and the plastic pots are returned to the growers for reuse.
