Is love in the air? Airline offers chocolates, romantic movies and pink desserts to celebrate Valentine's Day 2025

February 14 , Valentine's Day , is a significant date for many, who look for different ways to celebrate, from a romantic dinner to a getaway for two.
For several years now, Emirates airline -which currently has five weekly frequencies to Buenos Aires- is not indifferent to this day and also celebrates it on its flights.
That is why every year, the airline based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) designs gastronomic proposals in keeping with this special day.
This time, you will have romantic cakes and chocolates on board , delicious and attractive pink desserts in its VIP lounges , as well as romantic pink champagne and a selection of movies and music ideal for the date.
First Class passengers will be welcomed on board with a glass of Dom Pérignon Rosé 2008, while Business Class passengers will receive Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial. A mini box of chocolate brownies and mini raspberry ganache tarts decorated with hearts will be offered in both classes.

Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers will receive chocolate and raspberry brownies, while red lighting sets the mood in the cabin.
The A380 aircraft have an Onboard Lounge (accessible to First and Business passengers), where a selection of sweet treats will be served, from lemon and raspberry cupcakes to profiteroles and mini cakes.
The company's VIP lounges in Dubai will join in the celebration.

For example, passengers travelling in First Class will be able to enjoy a passion fruit pavlova dessert with Chantilly cream, a variety of cocktails and mocktails in red tones.
For Business or Executive guests, there's Valentine's verbena and lemon cake, a strawberry and yuzu tartlet (an Asian citrus fruit), and hibiscus, strawberry and almond scented mousse. And there's much more: "Dubai Love" macaroons and truffles and Dilmah Valentine's iced tea, blended especially for the occasion.

"Across Emirates' 34 lounges around the world, customers will be greeted with Valentine's themed dishes and drinks, including heart-shaped salmon tartare and smoked salmon roses in Narita, chocolate-covered strawberries in New York, red macarons with gold leaf and hearts in Cape Town, and heart-shaped red velvet cake in Beijing," the company says.
Emirates' award-winning in-flight entertainment system features more than 60 romantic comedies and dramas.
