The tourist project proposes slow and experiences to live during the day or on weekends, through tastings, artisan workshops, cooking classes and activities designed to make you experience the place not as tourists, but as 'temporary' citizens. Among the many proposals for 'Long' packages Weekend', we find a panoramic route among the gullies of Emilia-Romagna, an artisanal laboratory on ceramic processing in Calabria and a tasting of olive oil in Tuscany. Located on the hills of the Reggio Emilia Apennines, in Emilia Romagna, Baiso is a town where life has a rhythm relaxing, a place that knows how to preserve its treasures cultural, historical and natural, and where respect for nature and for the past it is a founding value. Here the proposal starts from overnight stay at the La Borgaccia farmhouse and a program of 3-day activity: the first is dedicated to exploring the gullies through a panoramic circular route and the visit to the historic center of Baiso, with a stop at the bench giant with spectacular views of the surrounding hills. The The second day is all about adventure between nature and history, with an excursion along the Tresinaro path and a visit to the Carpineti Castle, a historic fortress that dominates the Valle del Secchia. The last day is dedicated to local culture, with visit to the Castle, tastings of zero-mile dishes and moments of relaxation before departure. Immersed in the Cosenza Hills, Altomonte boasts a strong sense of community and a calm pace of life, based on respect for traditions, preservation of heritage historical-cultural and the promotion of sustainable tourism. In the heart of Tuscany lies Greve in Chianti, a small village surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, which has managed to preserve over time its historical heritage, the environment and the products local, offering a unique mix of history, culture, traditions culinary and natural beauty. The first day includes a visit of the medieval historic center, a tasting in one of the most ancient butchers of Italy and the entrance to the Wine Museum. The The second day is dedicated to Montefioralle, a medieval village among the most beautiful in Italy, with its narrow cobbled streets and ancient stone houses, followed by a tasting in one of the cellars. Always accompanied by a guide, we move to Panzano in Chianti, another enchanting village, to visit the Romanesque church Pieve di San Leolino. The third day is concludes with a visit and tasting at the Castle of Vicchiomaggio, followed by lunch at the restaurant of the historic fortress. The return to Greve in Chianti is the occasion for a relaxing walk among the artisan workshops of the center historical.
