Hammamet Festival, Addict Ameba for Italy

It opens on July 11th with the show Ragouj by the brothers Abdelhamid and Hamza Bouchnak 59th edition of the Hammamet International Festival, summer reference event for the cultural scene Tunisian and Mediterranean. Scheduled until August 13th at the International Cultural Center, the 2025 edition, under the titled «Continuous Vibes», offers 36 shows in 33 evenings with artists from 15 countries, including Tunisia, France, Morocco, Algeria, Syria, Lebanon, Mali, Spain, Colombia, Haiti, United States and Italy. Italy itself will be represented by Addict Ameba group, a Milanese musical collective known for the his multifaceted experimental style that blends all genres musicals, expected on stage on Wednesday 23 July. Their presence, supported by the Italian Cultural Institute of Tunis, strengthens the artistic dialogue between the two shores of the Mediterranean and fits fully into the philosophy of the festival, which has always been oriented towards intercultural encounters. Between The main guests also include Arab stars such as Lotfi Bouchnak, Saber Rebai, Cheb Mami and Nass El Ghiwane, as well as famous international interpreters such as Yuri Buenaventura and Bassekou Kouyate. The calendar also includes proposals for theatre, dance and symphonic music, with notable titles such as "24 Parfums" by Mohamed Ali Kammoun, Ad Vitam by Leila Toubel and Arboune by Imed Jemaa. The Festival will close with the concert by Nabiha Karaouli, scheduled for August 13, coinciding with the Tunisian National Women's Day.
