Several cardiologists at the Völklingen Heart Clinic, a few kilometers from the border, have been denouncing staff management problems for several months. They are threatening to leave the facility. The situation could have consequences for French patients due to an agreement in place since 2013 regarding the treatment of patients from the eastern Moselle region in Saarland.
