Where can I personalize my Tu Llave card? According to information from the official Tu Llave website, this process can be carried out at various authorized points distributed throughout the city, some of which are:

- Hours: Monday to Friday 10:15 am - 1:45 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm
- Saturdays: 10:15 am to 1:45 pm and 3 pm to 5:30 pm
2. Metropolis Shopping Center (Barrios Unidos locality)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 10:15 am - 1:45 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm
- Saturdays: 10:15 am to 1:45 pm and 3 pm to 5:30 pm
3. Calle 76 Station (Barrios Unidos locality)

According to Tu Llave, to personalize the card you must take into account that it is a free process. To do so you must bring the following documents:
- Identification document (birth certificate or document issued by a family court).
- Identity card of the father, mother or legal guardian.
- Family group certificate from the EPS or base document certificate from the Registry.
