The Francisco José de Caldas District University announced the official opening of registration for all of its undergraduate programs for the first semester of 2026. The call seeks to guarantee admission to all students based on academic merit and Saber 11 test results.
According to the institution's academic calendar, registration will be open until November 5, 2025, and the cost per applicant will be $142,400. This fee must be paid through the PSE (Spanish Social Security Administration) or at any Banco de Occidente branch, bringing the laser-printed receipt. The university does not issue refunds if the application is not continued.
Pre-registration and generation of payment receipt
The process begins with online pre-registration, where the applicant must enter an active email address. The system then sends an access code to generate and download the payment receipt.
The applicant must select the type of enrollment: first semester, re-entry, internal transfer, external transfer, or technologist professionalization.
Important dates
To begin, registration payments can be made from September 16 to November 4, 2025, while online registration will be available from September 17 to November 5, 2025.
The results for the first option will be published on November 25, 2025, with the candidates ready by December 17, 2025. For the second option, the results will be announced on December 30, 2025 , and the winners will be announced on January 22, 2026.

Requirements to formalize registration
To complete the process, the applicant must complete the online form and attach:
  • Saber 11 test results .
  • ICFES registration number .
  • Identity document and date of issue.
  • Certificate from the school where you completed your high school studies.
  • Blood type , address and country of birth.
Please note that registration is only considered valid once payment has been made and registered in the admissions system.
Required documents
Additionally, admitted applicants must submit the requested documentation in PDF format and in order. The required documents include:
  • Photocopy of the diploma or degree certificate.
  • Certificate of socioeconomic stratum.
  • Income certificate or tax return.
  • Saber 11 test results .
  • Civil birth registration .
  • Medical certificate issued by the EPS.
  • For those admitted to Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy , the stereoscopic vision exam is additionally required.

On the one hand, tuition receipts can be downloaded between December 6 and 15, 2025. Once the fee has been paid, the student must send proof of payment to the email address for the corresponding curricular subject to formalize their enrollment.
Regarding this, the general induction for admitted students will take place on January 30, 2026 , the date on which classes for the first academic semester of 2026 officially begin.
The organization reminds citizens that it does not reserve places for those who do not enroll within the established period, except in certain exceptions provided for by law.
