How clitoral meditation provides more pleasure and less pressure

Gentle pressure waves instead of hectic movements: This new pleasure technique demonstrates how much sensuality lies in the smallest touches. Tantra teacher Regina Heckert explains how it's done.
Men are often at a loss when it comes to their partner's desire. But sometimes the solution is as simple as it sounds: less is more. A great example of this is "clitoral meditation" – a new trend from Tantra that can have amazing effects.

Many women are familiar with this problem: Massaging too vigorously or the pressure to achieve orgasm can be a turn-off. The clitoris has been unconsciously "worked on" far too often and far too vigorously. This is precisely where clitoral meditation comes in.
The process is simple: The partner gently places one finger on the clitoral shaft from above, but the protective membrane remains over the pearl to avoid overstimulation. The woman helps position the finger correctly and adjusts if necessary. Then both take a deep breath – nothing else happens except arriving in the moment.
As you exhale, your finger gently applies pressure to the clitoris. As you inhale, the pressure is released without losing contact. The rhythm should be slow and relaxed, and it's worth experimenting with different pressure levels. 10 to 15 minutes is ideal for this intimate encounter.
