Peacemaker Season 2 Release Schedule

Do you wanna taste it, all over again? As the summer of Superman winds down, James Gunn's DC is giving fans a blowout with the long-awaited second season of Peacemaker on HBO Max.
Three long years after John Cena's Peacemaker saved the DC Universe from an alien invasion, the chrome-domed antihero returns for a new story that sees him step into an alternate dimension where his life is impossibly perfect. Meanwhile, the rest of the 11th Street Kids all return and race to stop Rick Flag Sr. (Frank Grillo) from killing Peacemaker as payback for the death of his son way back in 2021's The Suicide Squad.
At the red carpet premiere of Peacemaker season 2, held at AMC Lincoln Square in New York City on August 13, John Cena said DC fans have been living under "the golden halo" of Superman, which successfully rebooted the DC Universe and rekindled everyone's love affair with the Man of Steel. "But we are about to live in the golden shower of Peacemaker," Cena added, which drew laughter from the audience.
Peacemaker isn't the hero we need, nor the hero we deserve. He's not a hero at all. But he's trying to be, and for that, fans are surely excited to reunite with Cena's unhinged bisexual mercenary who values peace—and will kill everyone to achieve it.
