Hailey Bieber was photographed last night en route to New York City’s Cafe Zaffri wearing an archival piece from Gucci’s spring 1998 collection. The Rhode founder stepped out in a pale-blue sleeveless dress with a high neckline, a silhouette that embodies designer Tom Ford’s minimalist approach at that time.
Dani Michelle styled Bieber’s look, pairing the dress with Gianvito Rossi heels and a beige leather clutch from The Row. For accessories, Bieber wore slim black sunglasses and carried her Rhode phone case, complete with one of the brand’s viral Peptide Lip Tints.
Bieber was joined by Kendall Jenner, who wore a black leather jacket from The Row and ivory trousers. Jenner accessorized with black heels and Chimi sunglasses.
Bieber also posted a photo with surfer Kelia Moniz from the outing, captioning it “2 hot moms.”

While Bieber hasn’t confirmed her attendance at this year’s Met Gala, her appearance in New York City sparked speculation that she may return to Monday’s red carpet after skipping the last two years.
Bieber’s most recent Met Gala appearance was in 2022, when she wore a custom ivory Saint Laurent gown with a feathered cape and sheer black tights. Later that night, she changed into a silver bra top, hot pants, and red heels for the after-party at Zero Bond.
Bieber made her Met Gala debut 10 years ago in 2015. The star, who was just 18, wore a Topshop dress for the outing:
