Singer Benson Boone has been romantically linked to podcaster and TikTok star Maggie Thurmon since early 2024, and the couple seems to still be going strong just over a year later.

In early 2024, Boone posted a TikTok that fans later saw as him teasing a relationship with Thurmon. He sings along to his lyrics about a mysterious “her.”
Benson did an interview with Billboard where he discussed the inspiration for his hit song “Beautiful Things.” He said it “was inspired by a relationship that I had just gotten into—for the first time in my life, I felt like I was extremely out of control of the way this relationship would turn out. Meaning like, in the past, I feel like I’ve always known that I could be the one to end a relationship. This one felt very different. It was the first time that I’d really been actually, genuinely terrified to lose something.”
When their relationship was later revealed, people believed he was referring to Thurmon.
Before ever confirming their relationship on social media, the couple was photographed together at Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party in March 2024.
In June 2024, Boone appeared in a carousel of Thurmon’s on Instagram, in a brief clip of them walking while holding hands. His face wasn’t visible, but Boone commented on the post, “The first pic...wow. Perfect.”
Thurmon attended the premiere for the Twisters movie, which featured Boone’s song “Death, Wish, Love.” They were both in denim.
Thurmon shared another discreet pic of Boone’s hand, this one in black-and-white. In the image, she pulled his hand up to her mouth to kiss it.

On September 8, they attended the Tommy Hilfiger New York Fashion Week Show together, wearing coordinated looks.
They walked the red carpet for the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, both wearing black. The pair stopped to share a kiss in front of photographers.
He was later seen carrying her around backstage.
During the show, Thurmon shared a video of Boone performing “Beautiful Things” on her Instagram Stories. She wrote in the caption, “Rockstar. Last night was incredible, you are incredible. Congratulations congratulations !!”
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Boone gushed about Thurmon, saying he loves her “whole personality.” He called his girlfriend “the sweetest and the kindest.”
Thurmon shared a video on TikTok of her doing her own makeup for the Grammys.
She did not appear in any pics with Boone at the time, but the implication is that she attended as his guest.
The couple was spotted on may 3 at Tavern on the Green in New York City for the Saturday Night Live after-party.
