Heartbreaking incident in Fethiye! 2 paragliders collide, 3 injured

The incident occurred over Belcekız Beach at around 2:30 p.m. Single and tandem paragliders collided mid-air as they were landing after flying as part of the 25th International Air Games Festival.

The impact of the collision caused the parachutists to lose control and land hard. Three people aboard were injured. Following reports from bystanders, medical and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. After receiving initial treatment, the injured were taken by ambulance to a hospital in Fethiye. They are reportedly in good condition. An investigation has been launched.
