34-week-old babies' journey of hope with a helicopter ambulance

After the birth and first aid at Gülnar State Hospital, it was decided to transport the babies. Thanks to the Air Ambulance Service of the Ministry of Health, the babies were transported to Mersin City Training and Research Hospital as soon as possible and safely. The babies were met by neonatologists at the hospital and their treatment began immediately.
The Ministry of Health Air Ambulance Service, which ensures that patients receive the necessary medical assistance in the shortest time possible in emergency situations and long-distance transfers, has once again played an important role in ensuring that babies receive fast and quality health care. We would like to thank the air operations team that provides this service, our emergency health service personnel, and the staff of Gülnar State Hospital and Mersin City Training and Research Hospital who worked devotedly during the birth of the babies and their subsequent care and treatment.
In a statement, Health Ministry officials said, "We would like to thank the air operations team, our emergency health services personnel, and the staff of Gülnar State Hospital and Mersin City Training and Research Hospital who selflessly worked to deliver the babies, as well as their care and treatment."
