In Orel, they are looking for a contractor to build a polyclinic for 1.35 billion rubles

The financing will be provided by the regional budget. In 2025, the customer will allocate 402.8 million rubles to the contractor, in 2026 - 522.95 million rubles, in 2027 - 426.7 million rubles. The work is designed for 10 stages. The polyclinic building and auxiliary facilities (garage and checkpoint) must be fully completed by November 19, 2027, and put into operation by December 27 of the same year.
The approved construction project for the facility indicates that the polyclinic building with an area of 9.3 thousand square meters will be seven-story with one underground floor. The medical facility is designed for 600 visits per shift, it will house a day hospital with 18 beds, surgical and neurological departments, as well as rooms for individual types of treatment (acupuncture, proctology, endoscopy, oncology and urology).
Plans to build Polyclinic No. 1 for patients from the Zheleznodorozhny District of Orel were first announced in 2021. It was noted that the building would be six-story, and 562 million rubles would be allocated for its construction. In 2023, the amount increased to 754 million rubles.
At the end of September 2024, Oryol Region Governor Andrey Klychkov gave instructions at a meeting with heads of municipalities to conclude a contract for the construction of a polyclinic by November 15. He emphasized that "there will be no other deadlines."
The first tender was posted in early November 2024. It was stated that almost 1.3 billion rubles would be allocated for the construction of the clinic. By the end of the application deadline, only one application for participation had been submitted, which did not meet the requirements of the law.
