Gracyanne Barbosa abandons boiled eggs and reveals new alternative

Gracyanne Barbosa, a well-known figure in the fitness world, recently revealed a change in her eating routine. Used to eating up to 40 eggs a day as part of her high-protein diet, the influencer admitted that, after years of constant consumption, she ended up getting tired of boiled eggs and decided to replace this preparation with other alternatives.
The revelation took place last Thursday (July 3), through stories on her Instagram profile. "Almost noon, eating my egg here. You know I got sick of boiled eggs, believe it? After a thousand years. I'm eating them in an omelet now," said Gracyanne, in a good-humored tone.
As a result, the influencer began to adopt different ways of preparing food to maintain her protein intake without becoming monotonous. "I've made eggs with cinnamon and sweet potatoes, fried without oil, boiled, omelets, baked, with broccoli, with cottage cheese, with chicken, with tuna, stuffed eggs with eggs... but the important thing is to eat," she explained. She added that small changes in preparation, such as adding vegetables or shredded chicken, are enough to change the taste and perception of the meal.
According to her, the change in the menu does not affect the main objective of the diet, which is to maintain adequate protein intake to sustain the high level of physical demand. "I like eggs, the digestion, how my body responds and the taste too," explained the ex-BBB.
In fact, Gracyanne also reinforced the importance of professional monitoring, highlighting that her food choices follow personalized nutritional guidance. "Each routine requires care", declared the fitness muse, highlighting the value of a conscious and individualized approach.
The influencer also shared her detailed eating routine: six meals a day with approximately 150g of chicken or fish, 100g of carbohydrates — usually sweet potatoes —, as well as salads, vegetables and up to eight egg whites per serving.
Replacing boiled eggs with other preparations marks not only a practical change, but also an example of how it is possible to adapt your diet without giving up discipline and nutritional goals.
