Juliana Alves , who has participated in "Big Brother Brasil" , was one of the personalities present at Preta Gil 's wake, held at the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro this Friday (25) , and could not contain her emotion when talking about the importance of the singer in her personal and family life. In an interview with the press, the actress highlighted a generous gesture by Preta that, according to her, changed the course of the career of her ex-husband, director Ernani Nunes .
'She introduced Ernani to his career as a director'
During her farewell address to the artist, Juliana made a point of highlighting how Preta Gil propelled the professional career of Ernani Nunes, her daughter's father. "She was very generous. My daughter's father, Ernani, who is here with me, is now a film director and has done wonderful work, thanks to the opportunity she gave him as a producer," said the visibly shaken actress.
Juliana made a point of emphasizing that this wasn't an isolated incident. "She has several friends who have stories of her generosity," she added, acknowledging the singer's generosity toward those close to her.
Preta Gil passed away at the age of 50 last Sunday (20), due to complications from cancer. The cremation ceremony was held at the Penitência Crematorium and Cemetery, in the Port Zone of Rio, with great emotion from friends and family. Among those present were the artist's father, Gilberto Gil , and actress Carolina Dieckmann , who cried copiously as she said goodbye.
