A new attraction in Poland will appeal to nature lovers. Opening November 4th

This time, it's not the well-known tourist resort, but the unassuming Andrychów. Within its borders, at an elevation of 432 meters above sea level, lies the Pańska Góra mountain. This mountain is located in the eastern part of the Little Beskids, in the Twin Range, stretching from the Wieprzówka Valley in the west to the Skawa Valley in the east. There, on November 4th, at 12:00 noon, you can climb the new observation tower.
New tower on Lord's MountainThe grand opening was announced by, among others, Andrychów Mayor Beata Smolec. Her Facebook photos show the new structure, which looks very intriguing. It's wooden and 32 meters high, while the observation deck itself is 27 meters high. A short speech and a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony are scheduled for the opening day on Pańska Góra.
"I've already had the opportunity to see the tower during its technical inspection. The structure looks impressive, and I'm convinced it will become one of the favorite destinations for residents and tourists visiting our municipality," commented the mayor.
Future visitors are assured that from this great height, they will be able to admire panoramic views of the Andrychów Commune, the Little Beskids, the Vistula Valley, and the Wieliczka Foothills. Some even noted that in good weather, they could even see the Tatra Mountains. They will also see a new version of the revitalized park on Pańska Góra. Among other things, you'll find colorful flower meadows, heathlands, an alpine garden, and even a small vineyard. Furthermore, there will be educational attractions for children.
The tower's construction was 95% financed with EU funds under the "European Funds for Małopolska 2021–2027" program. The entire project cost PLN 1.44 million.

Andrychów, previously known primarily for attractions such as its swimming pool, Miniature Park, Andrychów Regional Chamber, and picturesque hiking trails, has gained a new symbol. The tower will be visible from every corner of the city and is expected to attract new visitors. Admission will be free at any time of day.
Andrychów is very easy to reach, although of course, the closest route will be for those from the Małopolska region. For example, from Krakow, it takes about 1.5 hours by car. Alternatively, you can take the regional train and arrive in almost the same time.
You can reach the tower on Pańska Góra by entering the park from Adama Wietrznego Avenue or Kościuszki Street. Parking is available in both areas.
