Transsexuals in the military?

I have no problem with transgender people advancing in society. Now, if they dress like women but are men, I don't think they can join the military. Why?
Obviously, we're dealing with human beings, like any other, but if they dress as women and are men, they'll create a problem with the military. It'll be a serious issue, because no army accepts a man dressing as a woman and living with the others. I think they'd be extremely bullied there.
Many people will tell me, "Well, Nancy, it's not their fault they're like this." Of course, but they also have to respect that others—the majority, for that matter—won't feel comfortable in that situation. I insist on the bullying that man will endure. Getting him into such trouble exposes him to a very difficult situation, one that will damage him emotionally.
It's also a way of imposing something on the military, who tend to be very sexist, much more so than most. I've only met one transgender woman who is beautiful and looks like a woman. She had voice surgery, and she doesn't sound like a man when she speaks. In her case, it could happen, because she doesn't really look like a man.
In short, transsexuals shouldn't be exposed to these sectors. Why? Because they'll be widely rejected. We can't force an entire army to accept a transsexual or gay person, because we'll create more problems. A gay person might be fine, because they don't have to be, as people believe, effeminate.
We must be careful with this. The more we try to impose a situation on people in a negative way, the more rejection the affected person will receive. We must make changes slowly... always preparing society. These problems can cause many conflicts, and there are cases that have ended in death or suicide.
