After the Zonda, a cold front enters Mendoza: how high will the maximum temperature reach this Sunday?

The Climate Contingency Directorate's weather forecast predicts a day with a low of 8°C and snowfall in the mountains.
For this Sunday, May 18, a partly cloudy day is forecast with a marked drop in temperature due to the arrival of a cold front in Mendoza , according to the Climate Contingencies Directorate.
After a Saturday marked by strong gusts of Zonda winds, a cold day is expected this Sunday. The weather forecast indicates a high of 18°C and a low of 11°C.
In addition, the provincial government reported isolated rainfall during the early morning hours and snowfall in the mountainous area. Cristo Redentor Pass remains closed due to the high-mountain storm.
The National Meteorological Service also issued a yellow alert for snowfall in the mountainous area and another for winds in the eastern part of the province.

Monday is forecast to be partly cloudy and windy with little change in temperature. The high will be 19°C and the low 8°C.
Meanwhile , Tuesday is expected to be a day with few clouds and little change in temperature. The high will reach 18°C and the low will be 5°C.
