Nearly 2,000 Forbach schoolchildren participated in the Ela cross-country race this Thursday, May 15th, at the Schlossberg stadium under beautiful sunshine. The event has been held in Forbach since 2013. It is organized annually by the Bruch ASBH (Association for the Sports and Recreation of the Bruch). Throughout the day, students completed laps of the track, walking or running, cheered on by their classmates. The day's profits, €1 per child, will be used to fund leukodystrophy research through the Ela association.
