Health Economics. The Tech4Health network in Nancy: the public incubator for medical devices

On high mountain trails, a guide is never a luxury. The Tech4Health network plays this role of scout and sherpa in the sprawling medical industry. Based in Nancy, it offers its services to companies, researchers, and innovative laboratories in the medical device sector, which ranges from surgical masks to pacemakers. It aims to be a facilitator and accelerator in an increasingly obscure environment. Certified by F-CRIN (*) and supported by Inserm, Tech4Health is an offshoot of the Clinical Investigation Centers - Technological Innovation (CIC-IT), created in 2008 to streamline the transfer of research to the clinical world.
