Cannes bans the sale of nitrous oxide to individuals
Cannes continues its battle against nitrous oxide. The Côte d'Azur city council announced on Friday, August 1, that it was extending the ban on the sale of nitrous oxide canisters to all individuals. Since 2020, minors in Cannes have been legally barred from purchasing canisters of this product, sometimes used for recreational purposes and nicknamed "laughing gas."
