Cerrone, Nathalie Duchene, Bon Entendeur... are waiting for you in September at the Le Temps d'un été beach in Nice.

When you live on the French Riviera, you know that the fun doesn't necessarily end when school starts.
This is even more true in Nice, where Amour beach will host two final evenings (September 4 with the Maraboutage collective and September 12 with Kavinsky) and where the Crossover Festival will feature a program of rap, shatta, baile funk and dancehall (September 5 and 6 at 109).
At the Prom, there will also be excitement at the beachside Le temps d'un été, which will host a new edition of the festival of the same name. And it's safe to say that in its third year of existence, the event, initially called Label France, will take on even more substance and attract the attention of those who were still unaware of its existence.
Cerrone, the disco pope still faithful to his postFrom September 5th to 7th, no fewer than 13 artists and collectives will take turns behind the decks. "The principles remain similar to previous years: swinging against a postcard backdrop, under the sun, by the water, with your feet in the pebbles. A colorful program that should please house fans, but not only them," promise the organizers.
We would tend to believe them, since the name appearing at the very top of the poster is that of Cerrone , the 73-year-old pope of disco, who owns residences in Ramatuelle and Cannes, and has often been seen at events in the region recently.
Right after the name of the 70's legend, we find Denis Sulta . A proud representative of the prolific Glasgow scene, the man who forged his musical culture while working in a record store, notably has participated in the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival and a Boiler Room session with 3 million views to be enjoyed on YouTube.
When you have songs in your repertoire called Le temps est bon , Méditerranée and a latest album called Rivages , you definitely have a place in the area.
Welcome to Bon Entendeur, one of whose members, Pierre Dellla Monica, is from Nice. Each time they visit the area, whether at Plages Electroniques or La Crème Festival, these specialists in inspired remixes have always impressed.
Also worth noting is the excellent regularity of the Dusty Nation collective (with two Nissarts in its ranks), present at every edition of Le Temps d'un été since its creation.
Producer for The Blessed Madonna and Fred Again, spotted on the Ed Banger label and now at the head of his own entity, Circa'99, Boston Bun will be taking part for the second time in a row.
Regulars of the Côte d'Azur approachingHaving visited Villefranche for La Crème last June, Un*Deux, a producer from Vitry-sur-Seine, will be returning to the Alpes-Maritimes. Yuksek from Reims also has his place at this festival.
He also left his mark on the first season of Stockfish, in 2022. Although he now devotes a lot of time to composing for cinema and series, he still seems to have an ear for everything, as proven by Universalismo , the latest compilation released on his label, Partyfine.
And what about the women in all this? They will be there, in the minority but very well represented by Marina Trench and Nathalie Duchene (inset) . Having attended their performances, at La Crème, Stockfish or Crossover (unmissable, definitely), we can assure you that the Frenchwoman is as good as the Belgian.
