At the ceremony scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. at the Arc de Triomphe, 98-year-old Jean Daikhowski will receive the Legion of Honor. He served in the Resistance from the age of 15 to 17 as a liaison officer, and is the youngest of a family who fought to liberate France from the Nazi yoke.
