According to the ministry, the final conclusion of the disciplinary action by the Public Prosecutor's Office is based, in part, on medical, documentary, and testimonial evidence collected during the investigation phase, including statements from more than 20 people.
Furthermore, the verification and confirmation that the minister was not present at the times referred to in the statements, as well as the absence of any clinical, work-related or administrative history that would support the accusations of workplace harassment .
The Attorney General's Office concluded that there was no legal basis or evidence regarding the conduct that would allow for establishing any disciplinary responsibility that would allow the conduct to continue.
