Coomeva prepaid medical users will no longer be treated at the Santa Fe Foundation in Bogotá.
As of April 1, 2025, the Santa Fe de Bogotá Foundation, one of the most recognized clinics nationally and internationally, is no longer part of the network of service providers for Coomeva Medicina Prepagada users. The company announced this in a letter sent to its users, stating that they are making changes to the providers serving their users in the nation's capital.

“At Coomeva Medicina Prepagada, we continually strive to offer you the best healthcare and a broad network of high-quality providers. We want to inform you about an important update to our service network in the city of Bogotá. Starting April 1, 2025, the Santafé de Bogotá Foundation (FSFB) will no longer be available within our service network. However, we are reviewing alternatives and will inform you promptly if any changes occur,” states the letter sent to members of this private insurer.
According to the company, to avoid disruptions to care, the facilities at the Coomeva Medicina Prepagada Medical Center in Bogotá (located at 102nd Street #14 A - 70) have been expanded. Additionally, they indicated that users will be able to access services with differential values on direct payment coupons.
On the other hand, Coomeva emphasized that despite the FSFB's departure from its network, it still has a solid network of clinics and professionals in Bogotá.
