How to apply for the Cultural Bonus

This voucher can be requested in two ways. The first is for the young person themselves to request it, and the second is for an adult representing them to do so .

To apply for the card digitally, please note that you need a Cl@ve card with a basic or advanced registration or a digital certificate. However, the card can be physical or virtual, although in the latter case the mobile phone must have NFC technology. If so, the Ministry recommends this option: "You'll receive it sooner; it's more sustainable and harder to lose." The card will only work with the phone number entered in the application.

Let the young person request the Cultural Bonus himself.
  • If you are already 18 years old when you apply for the voucher, you can do so with any of these digital identification methods: Cl@ve with basic or advanced registration, or a digital certificate. We recommend Cl@ve with basic registration, which you can apply for and obtain via video call.

  • If you are under 18 years of age at the time of applying for the voucher, you can only apply for Cl@ve with advanced registration, and you must do so in person at a branch.

An adult must request the Cultural Bonus on behalf of the young person.
  • Register with your email address (not the email address of the adult representing you) on the website, choose the option to request the voucher through a representative, and follow the steps.

  • Attach the representation form (PDF), which you can download from the website, duly signed by the beneficiary.

  • The adult will need to have Cl@ve with basic or advanced registration or a digital certificate.

The application period for this voucher is open until October 31, 2025. With this initiative, the Ministry of Culture seeks to "build loyalty among young people as audiences and cultural consumers for the future" and demonstrate "additional support for the cultural sector."
