The National Institute for Food and Drug Surveillance (Invima) issued Health Alert No. 189-2025 on the product Pomys Rose Micellar Water in a 400 ml presentation, manufactured by Productos Familia SA and registered under number NSOC22794-23CO.
This alert refers to four specific batches: ME02250227, GI02250726, GI02250826, and GI04251226, which presented microbiological deviations in their quality analysis, which could represent a risk to the health of consumers.
Given this situation, the manufacturer notified Invima of the discovery and began a voluntary market withdrawal process starting May 21, 2025.

The health authority warns that, although no adverse events related to these batches have been reported so far, the use of products with microbiological contamination can cause infections or skin reactions , especially in people with sensitive skin or preexisting medical conditions.
Invima recommends that consumers immediately stop using the product if it belongs to any of the indicated batches. Likewise, if you experience any adverse reaction, you should report it through the official Invima website or consult a healthcare professional.
