»Meat is firmly anchored in our food culture«

SZ-Magazin: Mr. Fricke, you recently hosted a dinner series titled "No Meat – No Future." Why do you think there is no future without meat? Vincent Fricke: Meat is firmly anchored in our food culture in Europe, especially in Germany. Most people don't want to give up meat completely. Giving up simply has negative connotations. Food culture evolves; you can't change it overnight. Giving up meat would also mean giving up other animal products.
